Did Matt mean help me finish this room...or HELP in another way?
This was the show where he painted the word help on the door...he spoke so openily about his body...I wanted to cry for feeling his pain!

Hi Christine, welcome.
I 'took it' as him asking for "help" on the room / projects that he keeps going (taking longer to complete than he wishes them to).
I don't think he's one to feel sorry for himself nor implicate that he's in need of sympathy of any sort. "Little People, Big Values" talks on this subject.
I 'took it' as an innovative "Matt-style" sticky note.

KimRenee...but that show was soooo unlike Matt...to verbally say "I wonder what it would be like to have a normal sized body..." I swear...I was in tears...he is usually so "the glass is half full"...
Did they ever get that room finished, because if they did...I missed it!

You know, while I was reading this. I was think that the kids where being just like their dad about getting a project done.
Amy said that Matt will start something but will not get it done. Like father like son in this case.
The finale show, showed that the rooms were getting done.

it wasn't the room so much..or that the kids slacked off..it was what Matt said...about his body...

Of all the LPBW episodes the past two years that is the only time we have heard Matt say that he wants a normal size body. It still makes me feel tear eyed to hear him say that. I wonder if he thinks those thoughts often.

He said it wasn't often, I bet it's rare, because he never lets himself sit and stew long enough to think about those things often.
I'm the opposite. I love nothing more than a nice long pity party

I get upset with myself when I have a pity party but I still have them.
I wonder why he thinks that life will be better if he was taller.
If he was taller he probley would be at where he is now. :?
Beside it is not your height that matter in life, It is how you take life. :)

I think he meant that if he were taller, or less physically restricted, the daily tasks of life would be easier.
I was on crutches for a mere 2 weeks once for a sprain, and thought i'd go out of my mind. my arms felt like there were going to fall off, and tackling stairs was a nightmare. I cant even begin to imagine a lifetime of crutches, can you??

I think Matt meant that if he were born with a healthy body there would be no stopping him! His body would finally keep pace with his mind.

The carpenter also ditched him to go on vacation. I think Matt looked real tired and defeated. We all get like that sometimes.

That part got to me too, but I bet he doesn't spend much time feeling sorry for himself!
