Ok, this was sent to me so I don't know how accurate it is. I couldn't find any info on the new episodes myself yet but wanted to pass this along.

The Verdict
Matt gets his turn on the stand in his DUI trial and faces an intense cross-examination by the prosecutor, but the jury can't reach a unanimous agreement after hours of deliberation.

Three Dates
Matt plans a surprise dinner for Amy to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary. Meanwhile, Jeremy marks a year of dating his girlfriend Kirsten, and Zach begins his first romantic relationship with an average-height girl.

I hope Zach hasn't snuck away from the cameras too much as indicated by the newsletter. Because I'd really like to see him and his new girlfriend together. Something tells me Zach will be all sorts of sweet to her. He's just got that shy/cuteness about him. Like when he was asking Kirsten what he should do do with that one girl at the party that time. Sooo cute!

It has to make it difficult to watch if you have in fact broken up with someone and you are seen on t.v. still together.

I liked Kirsten... it will be fun to see them together ...
once your kids turn 18 ,it seems like they are never home.
Maybe they will focus more on Matt and Amy.

It is sad that there are so many people out there who only want to believe the worst about people and cannot be happy for their successes. I am so happy to have gotten to know the Roloffs and see how their family handles lifes challenges. I love that Amy can be on TV and not worry how her house looks. I would be nuts.

I had three children, two of whom had cystic fibrosis and one of them was gay. Our life had a lot of challenges and it was very hard on the children to live a life different from everyone else. I so admire this family and their willingness to share their struggles with us.

After watching last weeks show, I truly understand Matt's concerns. I am sure that Little People do react differently to tests due to their size. I don't understand why he did not have the choice of a blood test. Also I can see how the pedals being different could make a huge difference. They did not look like they were easy to adjust. So, I personally believe Matt and am very happy with the outcome. I am sorry that he lost his license for three years. I know in California you lose your license or some stiff penalty for refusal to take a test, but I believe you have your choice of which test to take. I would opt for the blood test myself.

Keep on going Roloffs, you have a lot of true fans.

Kirsten talking about Type A personality was driving me crazy could she repeat that anymore tonight. Then she brought up how Type A and Type B work good together in marriage!:-? I love the shows last night!!!

Danni is a doll!! I was really surprised to see how comfortable Zach was with her. Great to know they have been friends for about 3 years.

Kirsten dropped the marriage bomb!! :-O!! Jeremy played that off really well. lol

The dinner Matt arranged was so sweet. I loved the fact that Amy didn't want the china cleaned. I cracked up when I saw it was in a box and there was an empty water bottle in the box like it was trash.

Kirsten needs to be introduced to a fork! hehehe

The trial.....now that was interesting. I hope those jurors were held in contempt for doing exactly what the Judge told them not to do! Go Matt!!!

I enjoyed last nights show as well.

Was happy that trial ended as it did for Matt.

I think that Amy and Matt are both strong individuals and sometimes clash over the power thing. She said she had heard something was up and I know that would have my nerves up wondering what was going to happen.

Loved Zach having a girlfriend.

I feel that Jer and Kristen are great friends and that is a good basis for a relationship, but I did feel a pulling away by him. I dated my boyfriend in high school for two years, of course that was a hundred years ago.

I so love this family and the show.

Might not be the prom. It could have been a Winter Formal dance maybe. If it WAS taken for prom in May or June, that means that what we heard about Jer and Kersten wasn't true--that they didn't break up--or maybe they broke up and still went to dance together?

I am wondering if the blood test would have been just as bad as the breath test. With Matt's not-yet-stable blood sugar levels, it might show a false high alcohol reading the same as the breath test would measure false positive. Being an LP, it could be even higher. There is a great article online that I read about why NOT to take a breath test. There are so many things that could cause it to measure a false positive. Those breath tests are very unreliable for many people with health concerns and at other times with healthy people, too.

Well, I was in 10th grade when I started dating my husband. So, some relationships do work when they start off then.

Same here, DS. In fact, we met and started going steady in the summer before we began my 10th grade year and his senior year. We dated for all but a few months when he was overseas in the Navy (I think it was his 2nd or 3rd year in Navy that we broke up for most of a year, but still dated each other). We married in 1970 and have been married to each other for 38 yrs. this August. We know of many other couples from our high school who, like us, are still married to their high school sweethearts.

I would love to know more about how the breath tests do affect LP's. Interesting thought that the blood test could be skewed too. I never thought of that. I did not like that officers attitude when I saw it. He had pre-determined quilt on a dui. I understand Matt's reluctance. At this point I believe what Matt said and definitely see how the foot pedal thing could affect it.

I am new to this forum and hope that there are other LP members who help us to understand and learn about their lives.

I saw the show and thought he had a grudge against Matt. Maybe he doesn't like the show or maybe he has problems when the pumpkin farm is going and wanted to hold it against Matt.

Can you call for a different officer to administer a test if you "don't trust the officer?" I wonder about that.

I believed Matt from the get go. Everything he said was plausable but it came down to the officer against Matt. It made me think that the officer was trying to go easy because of Matt's disability but yet make up fo rit in attitude towards him or his celebrity status.....just a thought.

I also have thought about being a LP and taking these tests that have been geared for a 200 pound 6' tall man...how the results would or could be different. Common sense tells that it would be different for any LP (same for how long one beer will stay in a LP system verses a 6' tall person) somthing to think about.

We are just speculating ML, just like they do over at IMDB. Surely you are used to it by now?

Yes speculation here, speculation there. I don't fault either the police officer or Matt. If Matt says he didn't do it, I believe him. Everything that was said on t.v. was what I heard from him in Paducah..from what I remembered. :teehee:(remember forgetful memory)
Also, I don't think the police officer is to blame either. Of course, we can't be too sure but I don't think it's right to blame him.

Can you call for a different officer to administer a test if you "don't trust the officer?" I wonder about that.

I know that a lot of males cops, when they want to do a test that involves touching the suspect, a lot of male cops call in a female cop to do the test. One of my female friends was arrest becuase she had drugs in her car. The cop that pulled her over wanted a body search on her before they took her in so the cop called a female cop to do the body search.

If you are wandering, my friend went to drug rehab and has been clean for 3 years.

I also have thought about being a LP and taking these tests that have been geared for a 200 pound 6' tall man...how the results would or could be different. Common sense tells that it would be different for any LP (same for how long one beer will stay in a LP system verses a 6' tall person) somthing to think about.

That would be a good theory that should be tested by doctors and be shared with law enforcment agencies nationwide.
