Whenever I watch this show I wonder if Matt and his many attractions would ever purchase some amusement rides for the farm. There a few amusement ride manufactures who can custom theme products for your operation. Can you imagine a Roloff Carousel or Ferris Wheel? You can get a portable model and move the attraction around the farm for different events. All you need to worry about is insurance and power. Feel free to contact me for any info on new or used equipment.

It would be neat but I think insurance would be a big cost for something like that.

Matt may carry insurance on his zip line attraction if he is using it with the public.

As Amy probably would say, "You shouldn't give Matt ideas like that!" LOL.:stick:

Nope, just a guy who likes to pitch some ideas out there. I do work for a show who supplies rides and such but we are located far east to profit from Matt.

Roslyn Long Island

Lovely area, Roslyn. I was out in Suffolk county. My sister lives pretty close to you in New Hyde Park. :D

I can imagine...maybe some day in the distant
future Roloff Farms having amusement rides as I think it
will take years of convincing Amy. I also think Matt
might have not be able to get permission to run the rides.
I have heard of farms that do have the pumpkin picking along
with rides. In fact, there is one in Arizona.

If Matt were to have rides he would probably make his own from
wooden roller coaster from old barn wood and it would be really
scary but safe. http://bestsmileys.com/scared/6.gif

Aaaah the Sellner Pumpkin Go Round. Great piece yet not very popular in the amusement industry. That company also makes berries and apples. Very easy ride to move. My show owns them but with a Dragon theme and the kids just love them.

There are a lot of rides for sale (I think) at Neverland Ranch. Matt should look into that. The train Michael Jackson had might work nice riding around the western town. Then they can have bandits acting out robbing the train. :teehee:

AOK! A train would be a great idea. I think you
would make an awesome conductor too!

It'd be sweet if they build an amusement park on their property! Although I do think that insurance would be a huge issue because they public would be using the stuff.
