question of the day?

has a question of the day sort of thing ever been done here? when I had my own forum we had them and on another one I post on we do it as well. Basically 1 or more people are appointed to come up with a "QOTD" it can be things like
what is your favorite book
what is one thing you've bought yourself that you didnt need...

that sort of thing...sometimes gets some really good discussions going.

Its not something that HAS to be done so if a day is missed or whatever its not that big of deal. On my forum we did it on week days since a lot of people were busy with family on weekends and didn't come on as much. I could come up with questions most days..then if anybody else has ideas we can talk via PM and that person could post the question the next day?

Im only going to do them on week days as weekends I am usually not on the computer much because my boyfriend is home.
