I noticed today that if you didn't make it to the farm this year that you can order a jar of Roloff Farm Dirt. On one place it says it is $8 a jar plus shipping and handling and another place it is $11 a jar plus shipping and handling. I remember hearing awhile back that Molly suggested this-I guess they decided to do it!! Perfect gift for your boardie friends for Christmas!!!! To find this information click on Home and you will see the jar of Roloff dirt.

Not only is it Roloff Farm Dirt but it's Country Style rinsed by Oregon rain.
The only way I'm gonna buy a jar of dirt is if one of the Roloffs hand delivers it. ;-)

I am afraid it could be part of one of those many truck loads of dirt Matt had brought in. Would it be authentic Roloff dirt then?

Maybe Matt should label the dirt Authentic "flower pot dirt" instead of farm dirt we would know it's authentic coming from the flower pot :teehee::teehee:

I don't think it was Matt's intention to sell sell "DIRT" but rather to share a small piece of the Roloff farm. By doing so, he enables the fans to have a tangible bit of the actual farm to have and hold. People who buy the jars of Roloff farm dirt can mix it into their own gardens or flower beds. Then they will have a physical bond with the Roloff farm and whatever they grow, pumpkin or otherwise, with have 'one root with the Roloffs'
On the flip side, by spreading the Roloff farm's dirt across the country, it could be said that the bounds of the farm spread along with it. Wherever the dirt exists - there exists the Roloff Farm, in spirit if not in property.

I think that's why nobody saw Jacob much this pumpkin season. He was in the underground mines digging dirt. http://bestsmileys.com/working/4.gif

Now if they would put a pumpkin seed in each jar, or two, they could be the Johnny Pumpkin Seed of pumpkins, or would that me the Matt Pumpkinseed of Pumpkins.
