Her name is Kirsten right?
She drives me nuts. I swear. Way too whiny, clingy, pouty and needy. IMO, Jeremy avoids her sometimes because of those things...atleast that is what I see.
Yikes. When I was her age I was dating my now husband and I never behaved that way.
Not thinking that relationship is going to last....but I commend Matt and Amy for not interfering and offering their opinion on that relationship as I myself, as a parent would be yapping away at my sons about this girl not being right for him! ROFL!

I don't think it will last either. They are both too immature for a serious relationship anyway.

Funny thing is, I do not remember her being all whiny and stuff when we first saw her on the show (back when she straightened Jeremy's hair). I could be wrong tho. But yeah, that does get annoying.

I don't know if I think Jeremy comes across as immature for 17. He seems about average to me. He has immature moments of course, what kid/teenager doesn't, but I don't think that is outside the norm. Who knows..

Heck, there are grown men, my husband included, who have immature moments. LOL

Jeremy doesn't seem immature to me. But I'm glad Kirsten seems patient with him because he really needs to spend time with his bros and sister and friends too! I just cannot get over how the family seems to not even realize or care that a camera is on them. That would be hard to do, but I'm glad they are that way. It makes the show so much more interesting! PS: Jeremy is so cute!

Yes I have been noticing this season she seems annoyed with jer and wants more attention. We'll see what happens!! I think she holds him back kinda from having fun and doing things he really wants, but thats part of growing up.

See, I don't think she seems patient with him. She is constantly whining at him and begging for his attention, IMO. Like last nights episode, he's playing a game with his little brother and she is whining at him to come look at her petting the cat? Ha!
Amy went over and played with them..why didn't Kirsten if she wanted his attention? She kept trying to drag him away, using the cat petting. LOL!
BTW, the bowling game on the Wii....totally fun!

I think Jeremy's gf is wonderful. She seems like a very sweet young lady in a typical first-love teenage relationship. I'm glad to see Amy let Jeremy have her birthday party at the farm. Being a teenager is difficult enough, but having a bf on a reality show must be stressful... so kudos to Kirsten !!:-D:-D:-D

Like most high school romances, they don't seem as though they will last. She seems to nag on Jeremy a lot, whine, etc. I can understand she wants to spend time with him and whatnot, but wow.
I think Matt and Amy are great parents in regards to how they handle the relationship. They seem very supportive, and that can really mean a lot to a teenager in a serious relationship.

Interesting topic, Jeremy's dating which seems like a normal thing to do in life. I think it's cute to see how awkward they are together. Jeremy is at that age where a lot is changing for him, he's entering into young adulthood and you can still see the child in him at times. Remember girls do mature faster then boys. Be interesting to see if the boys ever double date.
I think something should be said to Kirsten's parents. Wow, nice job and what a challenge you have. You're daughter is dating a guy who is on a TV show seen all over the world. I think you have done a good job too and it's not all Amy and Matt when it comes to Jeremy and Kirsten's dating. You must be doing a good job because Kirsten seems to handle herself very well too. I use to give my little sister's boyfriends a very hard time. Sit there cleaning the shotgun when they would come pick her up and ask them what time we could expect her to be home. Probably pretty lucky I don't have daughters because that would be the end of me.

Hmm..interesting...I don't think Kirsten portrays herself on tv well..and if I was her parent I'd point out to here that she portrays herself as needy, clingy, immature, insecure and annoying. Do I believe her to be these things? No, not at all..she's a teenager and is pefectly fine. Nonetheless, I do not think she portrays herself in a positive manner. Do all the Roloff kids? No..of course not..but I'd still point it out if she were my daugther and in that situation. IN a kind way of course...but pointed out.

Good point, she is a teenager and compared to a lot of girls her age, I think she acts a lot more mature then the average. How many of you would act the same way if your boyfriend, husband or significant other were like Jeremy. Jeremy has a larger family that is close and because of physical limitations of some of his family members, he has to help out a lot with them which takes time away from her. I think her reactions are normal and quiet respectable considering. It's just young love and it's cute.

wow
i didnt think so many peple would feel that same way about her... i havent seen anything like this before.. i am 19 and i dont think i have ever acted that way... but some things going on could( behind closed doors) easly get somthing like that going.! jealousy also seems to be playing a big part.. it was almost pouring out of the tv screen on the show with her birthday party...

I agree she comes across as needy. She needs to let up on Jeremy and get her own life going.
But to be fair, keep these things in mind:
1--Jeremy is prolly one of the cutest , coolest guys at their school--and to know that girls all over the whole USA are watching him and writing him would be really tough for Kristen not to feel a bit jealous of him at times. :-?
2 And also to have ur privacy invaded with a movie camera showing up all the time!

Personally I think the Kirsten is a great girl but she doesn't portray herself on tv as such. I think that it's probably stressful for her. I mean I agree with the other people that say she acts clingy and whiny. And jeremy's b-day partay she wasn't really letting him have fun with his friends which probably really sucked for him. But whatever I think she's a good girl and like most highschool romances. It probably won't last.

We all have to remember that these people aren't actors so perhaps it's nervousness a little bit. I am also doubtful that the relationship will last because that is what teenagers do most of the time. They jump from relationship to relationship as often as they change socks.

That's what I've read too.
Regardless if they broke up or not, I really do think that Jeremy can do better. Although he is still young and on the immature side, Jeremy will probably go through a lot of girlfriends before he settles down. Kirsten to me just seems like a blob. All she does is sit like a lump and really doesn't say much at all. When she does talk, all she does is complain. Maybe I just forgot what it was like being 17 and in love...It seems like it was 120 years ago.

Someone on TLC pointed out that there is an episode this season of Jeremy and Keirsten first year together.
There is a winter formal photo ( I assume is from this past Dec or Jan) of Jeremy and Kiersten and Zach and his date.
So, are they together still or not? Anyone know for certain?

It's obviosly been a hile since you guys have spoke of jeremy and his gal. Just wanted to add that as bad as it is to say.....I can't stand that girl. She drives me crazy with the needy-whiney-pay attention to me attitude that she has! You are right!!! JEREMY CANDO MUCH BETTER!!! I wonder what Matt and Amy think of her?Regardless if they broke up or not, I really do think that Jeremy can do better. I have to disagree with you. You are right about teenage years being hard and all, but thats all the more reason that he shouldnt have to put up with her trying to be selfish with all his time. She just seems so needy and I don't care what age you are... that is ANNOYING!!! And as far as her dating jeremy and him being on a reality show, you would like to think that she would be on her best behavior on national TV, and if thats the case and thats her best behavior that we are seeing, then I feel even worse for Jeremy when the cameras aren't rolling. She needs to get off his back and let that poor boy breathe!!!!!! He could do so much betterI think Jeremy's gf is wonderful. She seems like a very sweet young lady in a typical first-love teenage relationship. I'm glad to see Amy let Jeremy have her birthday party at the farm. Someone on the board said he used to have her on his myspace and now he is listed as single. If my daughter was dating someone for a year I would be shocked. High school is a time for fun and having fun with friends. It's a shame he is tied down at this age.
