Don't get me wrong, I love the Roloffs and their show, it's just that on today's episode it showed Jeremy sleeping in and thus being late for school. It just makes me wonder how in the world they can't handle waking up at 7:00 in the morning... I woke up at 7 when I was in elementary school... Now I wake up at 5:40 every morning... Granted, neither I nor they can control what time school starts, but they're lucky that their school apparently starts later than mine does. In my opinion, he needs to really get moving in the mornings... It's not that hard.
Again, no disrespect intended to the Roloffs or anything, and I completely understand about Jeremy's want to sleep in and stuff, but come on. You can't wait 20 minutes after you have to leave to finally decide to go to school... |

I have heard that Matt also has a very hard time getting up early. Matt and Jer are very similar, right down to the bad grades.
Matt did very well for himself in life, I suspect Jeremy will do the same, college or not. That said, I would have shot a garden hose at the kid to get him out of that bed.

Amy did a good thing by leaving Jeremy. It's a good lesson for him to learn. I have a son who waits until the last possible second to wake up. Missing his ride a few times is a wake up call. If it were raining Jeremy wouldn't enjoy that ride on his bike to school so much. It's good she followed through and took the other kids who were up and ready.
Good for Amy! I love Jeremy, but I spend half my morning trying to get my son to wake up and go so I know just how Amy feels |

I agree gecko. I am glad that Amy took Jeremy's keys away. I thought it was funny when Zach told her to take Jeremy's phone away. hehehe
I worry that Jeremy is setting himself up for an accident. |

Break out the garden hose Cute! I remember my Dad pouring water in my face at the tender age of 11. He only had to do it once

She is making them responsible for the consequences of their actions and I love that she is teaching them that responsibility. He is almost 18 and will be on his own soon.

I think last nights program hit an all time low.
The twins grades, Jeremy's tardiness and complete lack of effort in some of his classes is appaling! You can see Matt and Amy are concerned. I mean they mention college a lot for the kids. I don't think that there are two kids less prepared to attend college than the twins |
