Alright, upon further investigation there are conflicting Amy facebook pages and comments by Amy or multiple Amy's on the tatoo. It may or may not be real.

I don't think it's real because I think if Amy chose a tattoo it would have more meaning to her than just a simple decoration. She'd proberly get something with the kid's names or birthdates in it, and more colorful.
