I agree, Jake's behavior gets him in trouble; he has a habit of doing it and it has been mentioned before on several threads here that he hasn't learned yet to grow up.
One - He was 12 when this was filmed. He IS immature cause he's 12!!!

Two - Kids are all different and have various times to bloom and mature. A civilized adult? You can go watch the stiff Duggars if you want civilized boredom.

Three - Jake has had some behavior issues in the past and we can only speculate why? We really don't know the Roloffs well enough to be sure what's going on. I don't really remember anyone being this hard on Jacob before in another thread. It's one think to criticize Matt, Amy, Zach, and Jer cause they are adults. But, I for one walk a fine line with Molly and Jacob. They are minors!

You thought Jake was cute? I thought he acted more like a 6 year old, rather than a 13 year old. I would have loved to be in Rome when I was 13. He acted like a mentally challenged 6 year old:"I'm so bored, I want to ride on the vespas." I would have spanked him, if I was Amy. Actually, I would have smacked the shite out of him if I just watched him. He is a rude, ignorant, little kid that needs to learn how to be a 13 year old.
So you want him to be a "civilized adult" yet you think he deserves a spanking? Come on. It wasn't ignorant for a 12 yr old to jump over some blocks that were lined up, and it certainly didnt make him look mentally challenged. You must not have kids or remember what it was like to be one.

I remember what it was like to be a kid. Good for Jacob for making the trip fun in a way he knows how. I am sure he would in the past need some discipline, but I think he is a good kid who still needs more attention from amy etc.

Some never before seen clips from TLC. They visit a football (soccer) stadium in London. Zach needs to go to football rehab.

Jacob is 13 years old (12 when it was taped), a bit old to act like a small kid, which he does more often than not.

The Duggar kids learned to be civilized when they are older because that was expected of them. They play like kids when they are young, but once they hit teen years, they know that there is more responsibility with that age range (as it should be).

Yeah poor kid asked Amy when it was full and she said he could when they are done with all their tours for the day. He came flying up the stairs in his swimsuit only to see the roof pool was drained!

That was hilarious! Sad, but hilarious. I wonder if TLC paid the hotel to drain it while the family was out sight seeing, just to try and get an outburst from Jake.
