I tried to watch the last chat but had to give up. The sound was really low and the video quality was pretty bad too. Hopefully this one will be better.

Well, she is promoting her current charity events - she's doing a toy drive right now and partnering with a local musician to raise money for low income families in the area. But these chats allow anyone to ask her questions, whether it be about what the family is up to or what's coming up in the future. The last chat, she wanted listeners to share their family traditions (and recipes) and she in turn talked about her traditions. It's very interactive and about as close as you'll get to chatting with her in person. She manages to answer most of the questions submitted to her during the hour, so if there is something you've always wanted to ask Amy, this is good opportunity to get it answered.
If you do venture over to Ustream, it helps if you register beforehand, then you simply click on the chat tab on the window to the right.

Wow! Congratulations! I didn't even realize Amy had her own separate FB page. Christmas spending and bullying seem like strange topics to have together.
